Monthly Lease Clients — Cancellation Not Available

If you are on the Monthly Lease plan, your agreement includes a minimum 24-month term and cannot be cancelled early. Please contact us if you have questions about your lease agreement.

Before You Cancel

No lock-in for standard plans
If you're on the Upfront + Subscription plan, you can cancel anytime with no penalty.
Cancellation is per tracker
You can cancel individual trackers while keeping others active on your account.
Effective end of billing period
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
Hardware remains yours
Your GPS hardware is yours to keep. Only the subscription service is cancelled.
